Vonlanthen Group is a corporate events company headquarters based in Prague, specialising in international events within the energy, IT and pharmaceutical sectors. The directors have a combined experience of over 15 years in the industry working across the globe with senior level decision makers from multiple industry verticals.

The company is now in its second phase of growth and are looking to build a team that thrives in an energetic environment, full of motivated and ambitious people. We are currently looking to fill the role of a Delegate Sales Executive selling b2b delegate positions for their international conferences.

Key Tasks:

• To research key leads during the delegate campaign
• Sell delegate places across a number of conferences within the QG portfolio
• Contact both hot and cold leads by phone/ email
• Maximise both your target potential and conference sales by cross selling them on your portfolio of events
• Meet target revenue
• Actively research and develop your knowledge of industries you are working in
• To consistently meet and exceed sales activity targets
• To maintain a clean and updated prospect and client database

• A confident, team player who also works on their own initiative
• Thrives in a vibrant, fast moving environment
• Excited by working to and meeting revenue targets set
• An appetite to constantly learn and develop their skills
• Enjoys talking to clients and delivering a high volume of telephone activity
• Ability to pick up knowledge of markets and adapt to different conferences
• Strong work skills and result driven
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A quick thinker who is able to work under pressure
• Experience in selling b2b to senior level decision makers desirable
